Add the tea stained garment and allow to soak. Mix a solution of three cups of white vinegar and one cup of water in a glass bowl.
Blot with a towel onto the stain.
How to get black tea stains out of clothes. Use a small cleaning brush or an old toothbrush to scrub baking soda over the stain. Allow the detergent to stand on the tea stain for at least 5 minutes. Continue to blot the area until all the liquid is absorbed.
